Hall Rental and Hosted Events

Thank-you for your interest in renting our facilities for your event. You can rent our hall for special events such as banquets, weddings, and receptions. Our friendly, expert staff will work with you so that your event is the best. These prices are for a 6 hour rental. Unless there is a conflict, the facility may be accessed prior to the event to decorate at no extra cost. For events exceeding 6 hours, the incremental rental cost is $290.00 per hour. Security deposits are returned within one week after your event provided the facility is left in good order.

 

Commonly asked Questions

•  What type of events can you accommodate?

Our large, open floor plan, raised entertainment area, fully stocked bar, and kitchen lend itself to practically any use. We also have an outside barbeque for our guests to enjoy.

From small gatherings, to large events, our facility can be configured as anything from a dining room, dance floor and stage, to seating for corporate events such as meetings, seminars, conventions, banquets and conferences.


•  What are my catering options?

We are very flexible! You can bring in your own food or, for an additional fee, you can hire our professional catering team. Please ask about the special prices that are available when renting our facility.


•  Are tables and chairs provided?

Yes. We have round and oblong tables with chairs that you are welcome to use and are included in the facility rental cost.


•  When is the total amount due?

The total rental amount is due 30 days prior to the event.


•  What if I have to cancel?

Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the event will be fully refunded. Cancellations received 3-30 days prior to the event may be refunded on a prorated basis, minus incurred costs. •  What form of payment do you accept?

We accept payments by cash, check or major credit card.
